Selling your items with KelsoBid is easy and convenient. Call us, email us photos, or ask for a visit. If accepted, your item(s), collections, or estate will be catalogued, photographed, advertised and featured in an upcoming sale. Within 21 days of auction close, you will receive your proceeds less the consignment fee.
How it works
It all begins with an understanding of the items or collections you are looking to sell. Every person and their items or estate that comes through our doors is unique and therefore every evaluation must be tailored to each person. Submit a request of our contact with photos of your items and we will ensure we are the right fit for you.
Onsite Estate Auctions
Estate auctions held on the site of the estate are a great way to show the history and stories behind every item in the estate. By organizing the contents of the estate, we strive to present the items in their best possible state for photographing and therefore for online auction listing. Onsite estate auctions are also a great way to reduce moving and labour costs as items can be kept in their original spots until auction pickup. Timelines for estate auctions can vary from 30 days to 3 months, depending on size and quality of items.
Downsizing
Moving and need to reduce the contents of your house? Bring your items to KelsoBid and sell it in today’s market. Our storefront location on the corner of York Rd and Victoria Rd S in Guelph holds your items for future auctions so you can empty your house faster.
Items accepted for auctions will be listed anywhere from within 30 days at dropoff to 6 months. Ensuring your items are in the right auctions will bring you better bang for your buck.
